Please read this information carefully, as it is intended to help make your application for rental go smoothly and quickly. Our normal turnaround time is 24-48 hours for approval or denial. If you need a faster turnaround on your application please contact us by phone (678-987-1715) and ask us about our Prioity One Service option. For an additional fee we normally can process your application within a few hours. Remember if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us.

Application Process

  1. The Application Fee's are $50 for a single credit report and $85.00 for Husband and Wife. FYI, all persons over 18 years of age will be required to sign lease.
  2. To make an application fee payment over the phone via Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit card. call 877-390-7368. Account ID# RT14275. We will be notified by email once this has been completed.
  3. Once payment has been made, fill out the application below. (Note, we will not process your application until payment has been received).

Approval Process

  1. Once your application has been approved, you will need to sign a Reservation Agreement and immediately pay the 1st month rental (paid in certified funds) payment to RE/MAX Center. If you are working with an agent, we can fax/email this agreement to your agent and they can have you sign it and have your agent return the document and required certified funds to Tom Cowan at RE/MAX Center.
  2. Once the reservation application and funds have been received, The property will be taken off the market and our office personnel will contact you on when and where to sign the lease agreement, pick up the tenant manual along with the keys to the property and finalize the delivery of the security deposit (paid in certified funds).

Co-op Agent Section

  1. All paperwork will be provided by the listing agent and on listing agent forms. No changes to the lease are allowed without listing ageent approval, "NO EXCEPTIONS"
  2. Tenant security deposit payment must be in certified bank check or money order form. you are responsible to ensure funds are available. Any NSF will be the responsibility of the co-op agent to recover.
  3. To qualify for your commission, you must show property to your tenant, do the move-in inspection using the GAR move-in / move-out form have the tenants sign it in all required areas prior to submission of lease signing, Have the tenant sign the lease and forward the originals with all funds to RE/MAX Center Attn: Tom Cowan. NO KEYS ARE TO BE GIVEN TO PROSPECT UNTIL RE/MAX Center AUTHORIZES IT IN WRITING TO YOU!!
  4. FYI, we do not prorate the 1st month rent, we prorate the second month, so please make sure your client understnads that. If you have any questions, please call our office and we will be happy to answer them
  5. To receive your referral fee, we will need two (2) items, those being; a Vendor W9 with your broker tax ID and signature on it and a Referral Form filled out so that we know who to send the check to. THAT'S IT. Thank you for your referral and I hope to assist you again.
